HERSH BA, SUNY @ Buffalo, 1971 JD, SUNY @ Buffalo, 1974 Admitted, New York Bar, 1975 Admitted, Federal Bar, 1975 Admitted, US Supreme Court, 1981 Harry is a former criminal defense trial attorney, founding partner, and member of the firm since its inception in 1981. He has been litigating cases involving personal injury, medical malpractice, and products liability for the past 20 years before State and Federal Courts.

DAVID A. DAVIS BA, Grinnell College, 1990 JD, Boston College, 1993 Admitted, New York Bar, 1994 Admitted, New Jersey Bar, 1994 Admitted, Federal Bar, 1994 David has been associated with the firm since 1993, and became a partner of the firm in 1999. He is involved in labor relations representing unions in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, disciplinary cases, and before numerous state and federal tribunals.

ALLISON DAVIS SICA BA, University of Miami, 1987 JD, Hofstra University, 1990 Admitted, New York Bar, 1991 Admitted, Federal Bar, 1991 Allison has been associated with the firm since 1995 and became a partner in 2007. Allison is a former Assistant District Attorney who has an extensive background in civil litigation, and now heads the firm's matrimonial, estate, and general practice department.
